ANDERSON QUIGLEY

Better leaders for a better society

BRIEF

Highlight executive search firm Anderson Quigley’s commitment to improving the quality and diversity in public sector leadership, particularly in higher education, health and the third sector.

  • Showcase the business’s empowering and supportive culture and develop key individuals as thought leaders.

APPROACH

We ran messaging sessions to pinpoint what Anderson Quigley wanted to be known for and how to best articulate that.

  • We considered topics in which the business wanted to develop a share of voice and the positions they might take on relevant issues.

  • Once these were clear, we spoke with trade media contacts to start generating coverage.

RESULTS

Coverage in Times Higher Education for Managing Partner Ed Pritchard about post-Brexit difficulties in hiring university leaders from Europe.

  • We helped develop partner Helene Usherwood as an opinion leader in diversity with specific focus on how to get more women into non-executive director roles. Her views were sought by a number of trade publications including HR Magazine, HR Zone and Hospital Times.

  • Anderson Quigley project coordinator Sophie McIntosh’s move from acting and dance into executive search gave us a great hook for an interview with Recruiter, landing the message about how the business has a culture of empowering people to do their best work.
